  <description>because people have been asking: how to use the icon uploader on windows vista!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. go to the control panel&lt;br /&gt;2. click on user accounts&lt;br /&gt;3. go down to the option that says &quot;turn user account control on or off&quot; and click&lt;br /&gt;4. make sure the box next to &quot;Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer&quot; is unchecked&lt;br /&gt;5. click ok&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;that should do it.</description>
